If you have a concern about any of our Health, Social Care, and Childcare qualifications, please discuss your concern using the general enquiries contact details above, and we will work with you to address the matter.
If we have not been able to address your concern and you wish to submit a formal complaint, your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with our respective complaints procedures.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days, and respond fully within 10 working days. If we are unable to respond to your complaint within the timescale, we will contact you.
Use of your complaint
As we (City & Guilds and WJEC) are working as a consortium to deliver the Health and Social Care and Childcare qualifications, your details and the information in your complaint will be available to both organisations in the consortium.
